This black-coated metal cold saw blade adopts high-end PVD black nano-coating technology, specially designed for metal cold cutting processes. It is suitable for precision cold cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, metal pipes, profiles and solid bars. The blade substrate is made of high-quality alloy steel with precise quenching, tempering and flattening treatment, featuring high rigidity and excellent toughness. It effectively avoids shaking, deflection and tooth chipping during cutting, ensuring stable working performance.
The upgraded black PVD coating delivers five core advantages: super high hardness, ultra-low friction, high temperature resistance, anti-chip-welding and anti-corrosion. During high-speed cold cutting, it isolates cutting heat, prevents thermal oxidation and tooth burning, and eliminates chip adhesion and built-up edges.
