This gold-coated metal cold saw blade is finished with premium PVD gold wear-resistant coating adopts Japanese SKS51 steel as the substrate and carbide as the cutter head material. Adopting precise heat treatment, flattening and high-precision tooth grinding technology, the blade features high rigidity and stable cutting performance, effectively avoiding vibration and tooth chipping during operation.
The premium gold PVD coating offers high hardness, excellent wear resistance, low friction, anti-chip welding and anti-corrosion properties. It greatly reduces built-up edge and chip adhesion, ensures smooth chip evacuation, and delivers clean, burr-free and flat cutting surfaces with high processing accuracy.
The dense coating protects the blade substrate from cutting fluid corrosion and moisture oxidation, preventing rust during storage and long-term operation.
